Laurie was a hardworking, funny, savvy, intelligent, somewhat; sarcastic, strict mother who loved her kids. She was protective over her daughter Leah, and she worked two jobs to provide for her family. Laurie loved her family and would defend them. She had a gift; whereas you can talk to her on any topic and she could provide you with good feedback. I am so sorry Leah for your loss! I am glad that you were there for her during this difficult time and she was thankful to have you. I knew how concerned you were and I hope our conversations put you at ease.
