My fondest memory was the Thanksgiving feasts we had every year. One year in particular my mother and Aunt Marthat sang, "sisters" to the whole crowd....I can still hear them singing it. I will miss those times we all spent together.

My memories of Martha are of a strong-willed person, who was always determined to be a survivor. She loved having a good time (in addition to chocolate)and was always ready for a party. Who else would plan a "burial party" for herself and all the rest of us? No one will forget her.

There are just too many fond memories and stories to type in this small space. From sneaking chocolate fudge into the rehab center (in case you didn't know it, she LOVED chocolate), to her clanking glasses at Jennifer's wedding. So much so she broke her cup and blamed it on her nephew. My most favorite memories are our Thanksgivings together, and I will miss them tremendously. Aunt Martha was a wonderful person, always upbeat and positive no matter what physical ailments she dealt with she met them with that "Bentley" sense of humor. I will miss her so very much and can only hope that she is up in Heaven with her sister (my mother) laughing it up as they always did together in this life.
Rest in Peace Aunt Martha, I love you
Cathy
