It's hard to believe that Trudy is gone. I would look forward to seeing her at St.Augustine's Church. She and Jerry were good friends of my parents, and Trudy was so helpful when my mom was ill, and after both Mom and Dad died. I miss her smile and her warm friendship. If I ever get to heaven, I know Trudy will be among the first to greet me.

We were both shocked and saddened when we were told of Trudy's death. She was very vibrant and happy when we saw her at morning mass on October 6. We will never forget her being with us that morning. It was our 55 wedding anniversary. Just to show how thoughtful she was, we received a beautiful anniversary card from her that came on Tuesday the nineth. It was after we heard that she had died suddenly on that Saturday before. We think one of the last things she did was mail that card to us. In a way we believe she was telling us she was ok. We still have difficulty when we think we will not see her smiling face in our congregation at morning Mass. She was always there jumping up to help anyone who needed her. She was so much apart of our whole church. We just don't know what we will do without her. She is home! May God Bless all of you who will miss her now. Sincerely, Tom & Carol Aylward

Trudy was so kind to my father when he was ill and brought him Holy Communion. She always had a smile on her face while walking her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in the High Street neighborhood. I will truly miss her.
