To the family of Pasquale Amodeo. My deepest sympathies to all of you.
I just found out about Pasquale. I'm so sorry.
I would like to share a story with you. I worked with Pasquale at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford. I remember we would talk everyday about family and life. He was very proud of his family.
The first time I met Pasquale, he walked into my office, and saw a picture of my son and me, it was a photo of my son's high school graduation, he had his cap and gown on. In the background of that photo was a brick building, and Pasquale asks me, "Is that Norwich Free Academy?" I said, "yes". Wow we said what a small world. Who knew Pasquale and I were from the same town and we both went to Norwich Free Academy aka NFA? We would also talk about fly fishing. I told him the best fly fishing area is in Bozrah, CT. Bozrah is where I live. I told him to bring his family down one day and we could go fly fishing.
My heart goes out to all of you. My deepest sympathies. God always takes the best!
Please, please let me know if there is anything I can do. Pasquale was a wonderful person. I know he will be deeply missed. Love to all of you. Crystal Kyllo

Dear Anne,
Brenda and I are so very sorry to learn of Pasquale's passing and express our deepest condolences to you in this painful time. Pasquale was a true good-guy and I'll miss our hours long conversations on politics and life. He was smart, insightful, funny, and one heck of a nice guy. I'm honored to have known him and called him my friend. He simply was a great person and I'll remember him fondly, and miss him dearly. If Brenda and I can be of any assistance for anything at all, please just ask without hesitation. All our best to you and the kids.
With deepest sympathies,
David & Brenda Durel

Dear Anne and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. I was so blessed with getting to know Pasquale during his work trips to Denmark and we had many good conversations and I remember clearly our topics of conversations. He talked so much about you and the children and he was such a great man. He enjoyed coming to the office in Denmark and we loved having him here and this photo is exactly how I remember him. He was a dear colleague to me and I enjoyed spending time with him - he will be very missed. My sincere condolences, Trine

Dear Amodeo family:
I wish to convey my sincerest condolences to your entire family. Losing a loved one in death is one is one of the hardest things that anyone will ever have to deal with. There is a great hope held out to us for the future because God promises to bring those we lost back to life by means of a resurrection to a paradise earth, where sickness and death will be no more. I hope this brief message will bring you a measure of comfort in this difficult time.

My heart goes out to you all, Anne, Julia, Nicholas, and Lino. Above all else your husband and Dad cared about you. He lived his life for you and devoted all he could give to you. And yet he always found time to lend an ear, or give a hand or donate in any way he could. He changed a lot of lives for the better through the way he lived his life and you can be very, very proud of him! He will live on forever in your hearts and memories and I will never forget what a great friend he was .

Dear Anne,
No matter how limited some of Pasquale's communicative abilities may have been lately, he knew, as did we all, that no one could have had a more loving, devoted, and supportive wife. And while it was far too early for him to enter into heaven, it must have been comforting for him, being surrounded by his loving family, when he took that final step. All of our thoughts, prayers, and love are with you and the children.
