I played poker with Ron and his neighbors on Wednesday evenings. I always enjoyed
His humor. I was not aware that he passed away. I would have made a point to
Visit with his family.
My condolences on your loss

Ron, you were my beloved big brother who I looked up to and adored all of my life. I still remember when you waited for me after my first day of kindergarten and walked me home holding my hand. Also, Dad and mom used to take us on vacation at Cape Cod every summer with all our aunts and uncles. You saved my life one summer when I was caught up in an undertow. Just when I thought I would drown, you picked me up and helped me back to shore. I still remember when dad asked you to give me some table manner lessons due to my deplorable table manners when I was young. To this day, I still think of you when setting the table and eating dinner with family and friends. Then, what I remember foremost is you walking me down the aisle when I got married. I am certain that dad and mom were proud of you at that moment. I know that I was, and you even made a few jokes along the way such as "Do you think that I should have worn a Yamulka" to calm our nerves. It worked.
I loved you then Ron, and I love and miss you now. You were a wonderful husband, father and brother, and you will forever live in all of our hearts and souls. Goodbye for now big brother as you meet our parents and your beloved wife once again. Love you now and always.
