Obituary of William H. Bland

William H. Bland, 81, of Glastonbury, beloved husband of the late Diane (DuVall) Bland, died, Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at home. He was born in Bellwood,PA. on July 11, 1933 to the late Louis T. and Irene (Hollinger) Bland. He worked as an Insurance Actuary for Aetna and enjoyed golfing and bowling in the Aetna Bowling League. William is survived by his sons, Gregory Bland, and William M. Bland,of Glastonbury,CT. his brothers Louis Bland of Barrinton,ILL. and Frederick Bland,of Washington,DC. And his sister Marcia Wonnacott,of Columbia station,OH. and his grandchildren Lauren Bland of Pawtucket,RI. James and John Bland of Marshfeild,MA. A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 6p.m. in Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury.
