I can't remember the first time I met Tim at Pratt & Whitney, but I can remember how impressed I was with his commitment, his character, and his desire to help. There are so few people in this world that can roll up their sleeves and make a difference and Tim was one of these rare people. I did not work with Tim on a consistent basis but every time I had the opportunity, I could always trust that I would get Tim's total effort and he would succeed in delivery high quality work. I am very saddened by the fact that I will not get to work with Tim in the future and that we have lost such a high quality individual. My condolences to his family and best wishes for their fondest memories to carry them through this difficult time.

Dear Lisa and the Nolt family, I'm deeply saddened to hear about the tragic loss of a friend and colleague. As a previous co-worker, I've enjoyed working with Tim during good and bad times and we always had stories to joke and talk about. Tim will be missed. May god rest his soul in peace. Najib and family

Lisa, My fondest memory of Tim was the year he played the Energizer Bunny in our holiday production of "A Christmas Story." He wandered on stage at random, bringing all action to a stop. The audience loved him; what a good sport he was. I'll miss his impish laugh. My sincere condolences to you and your loved ones. Bernie Dixon, P&W

Dear Lisa, Allison, Ryan and the Nolt family, My wife Anna and I extend our very sincere condolences for your loss. Tim was a wonderful man, friend and colleague. I am blessed for having had Tim in my life for the years we worked together. On so many occasions I enjoyed our discussions about life, family, and even work. Tim was simply put, great to work with. His office pictures of his wedding day and his children showed that his joy and focus was his family. I will miss my friend Tim, our frequent conversations and his smile. I pray that God's grace and love will help you and your family through this difficult time. Most respectfully, John Manningham

It was the summer of 1980 when my best friend Tim had invited me over to his house for the weekend. I don't know if the Nolt's knew how much I enjoyed spending time with Tim and his family but it was always great to spend time doing whatever it was that kids do. Tim had mentioned that we could go see a movie that had just opened. Because Tim and I were in good old Rohrerstown Elementary, what better time could a young kid have than going to the movies? Mrs. Nolt loaded us up in the car and dropped us off at the theater in downtown Lancaster. I remember the movie poster looking strange as it was an airplane tied in a knot. Tim and I proceeded to get our movie watching munchies, find a seat, and prepare for the main feature - AIRPLANE. I don't think Tim and I made it through the first 15 minutes without laughing hysterically. The whole movie was crazy and at points we had even laughed to the point of tears. We would continue to laugh for months after seeing that movie trying to remember and recite all the lines for our friends.
Just last month I was switching through channels after getting the kids to bed when I came across Airplane on Comedy Central and I stopped. The memories came rushing back of Tim and me sitting in the theater laughing. I'll never forget those times that we spent as kids and I even tell those stories to my family. I could fill a book with stories that would include Nags Head, NC, soccer camps, a NY City trip, and even a late night visit to the dentist. I'll forever hold those stories and memories close to my heart. Even though I had lost touch with Tim after we graduated from Hempfield in 1987, it was a great friendship full of good times.
My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to the Nolt Family.

Tim, I will miss your friendship. We so much enjoyed the team ski outings together. Watch over us as we go crazy on the slopes. I will think of you often. Lisa, I pray you are comforted in knowing that God will always provide you and your family all the love and support to sustain you. God does provide this through all those touched by you and Tim. I sincerely believe the Truth that through God, we are never alone. With our deepest sympathy and prayers. Bill and Mary Brown, West Hartford.

I met Tim during his consulting work at Fleet Credit Card in Horsham, PA. During our project, we had an opportunity to spend a great deal of time together. Tim was an amazing man, hardworking, determined, always positive and pleasant. We always shared stories about our children and he loved to share about how awesome his kids and wife (and new house) are! He is a terrific person that will surely be missed! I wish you much sympathy during your time of need.

Dearest Sam, Joyce, Kristin, & Family, I am so deeply sorry for all of you. You have been through so much in your lives, your strength being tested time and time again. I can't imagine what you are going through right now. Although I was not in touch with Tim over the last several years, I have very fond memories of him when we were young. Those family trips to the beach were the best! Please take care of yourselves and again, my deepest sympathies. Love, Ashley Germak
