Obituary of David Blish

David Blish, 69, of Glastonbury, died Saturday November 1, 2014 at the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain. He was born, January 23, 1945, to the late Dwight H. and Grace (Ames) Blish in Glastonbury. David is survived by his children, Jonathan Blish, Scott Blish, and Jennifer Newberry, his 10 grandchildren, and his brother-in-law, Bob Welch, and niece Debbie Ferwerda. Besides his parents, David was predeceased by his sister Judy Welch. A funeral service will be held, Friday, November 14, 2014, at 10 a.m. in Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. Burial will immediately follow in Buckingham Cemetery, Glastonbury.
