I was saddened to hear about Mr. Davis' passing. He was always so welcoming for my countless childhood visits to Robin Road and always so positive during those early morning hockey car pools. I am sorry for the Davis family loss.
Nancy & Family, Nick (Mr. Davis to me) was a great friend to both of my parents. He was always the calm in the storm. I can remember him sitting at my parents table one late Fall Saturday afternoon with a six pack of beer in front of him. To my surprise it was mine I hid in the bushes. I know my Dad was mad, but Nick just calmly said to my Dad "Dick would you like a beer I just found." To my amazment they finished the six pack and went on to a manhattans!!
