My condolences to the family and loved ones of Mrs. Brautigam. My thoughts and prayers go out to you for strength, healing, and peace. She was a wonderful woman. I have many fond memories of her associated with Head of Christiana Presbyterian Church, from having her as a Sunday School teacher to serving as an elder alongside her on the Session. She not only had a very kind heart but she also had very sound advice. If not for her and Mr. Brautigam I would not have been able to pursue a degree and career in education. I know that her faith was strong and that we will meet again in Heaven someday.

Jane was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was thoughtful with all and joyful about her family memories. I am very sad to learn of her passing and appreciate the time I spent with her. She was generous and welcoming. I send to her family my appreciation for her long life and my sympathy for their loss.
