Sean my Uncle, still comes out weird as he was only a few months older than me. Graduated a year before me, became a chef before me, we didn't spend too much time together, but we exchanged food photos, recipes, made fun of each other's dishes, challenging one another to do better, push harder, be greater. I loved that about my Uncle. Towards the end we exchanged what it meant to be a born again Christian. I am happy to know by faith in Christ I will see him again soon. My prayers for strength comfort and healing that only Christ can bring for Lorraine, Andrew and the whole family. See you soon Uncle Chef "scoop".
