Obituary of Maria Kuzio

Maria (Nastyn) Kuzio, 85, of Glastonbury passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital on Friday, May 5, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Myron Kuzio.

Born in Ukraine, Maria was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Anastasia (Didiuk) Nastyn. She worked for Honeywell as an assembler for many years before her retirement. Maria was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church in Hartford.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Anna Hantschar of MA. Maria was predeceased by her son Orest Hantschar.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, 135 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford. Burial will be in St. Michael Ukrainian Cemetery, Glastonbury. Friends may call on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury and the Panakhida service will be held at 6:45 pm at the funeral home.
