Mr Martin was one of the nicest people I have ever known. I, along with my sisters and parents, lived next door to him and Pat for many years. Simply wonderful people.
We are blessed to have known them and miss them both. May you forever find peace.

Joe was our next-door neighbor for over 40 years and we knew that this day would come, as it comes for all of us, and he is sadly missed. He and his wife Pat made living next to them so enjoyable and we feel fortunate to have shared with them all those years. He missed Pat very much after she died and Max tried to fill that void becoming his loving and trusted companion; they were inseparable. It was hard to differentiate who was in charge because Joe always let Max have his way.
You are now with Pat once again and we will always keep you both in our minds and in our hearts. Rest in peace!

Mr Martin was a kind and friendly gentleman. Living next door to him for most of my teenage years well into my twenties, I don’t think I ever saw him without a smile. Whenever I came up the street to see my parents, it was always nice seeing him outside with his devoted companion Max.
Rest In Peace Mr Martin, you will always be remembered fondly. May you be reunited with Mrs Martin.

I grew up on Deerfield Drive with Joe and Pat Martin living next door. They were always very sweet and interested in our activities as we grew up. They were both wonderful people who will be fondly remembered. That house will forever be remembered as The Martin’s house. May they Rest In Peace reunited once again. Our condolences to Joe’s family. He will be missed.

Harvey and I are so very sorry for your loss. Joe was a great neighbor. I remember a time when I had just gotten home from work and Joe had had his leaves picked up. He surprised us by having them do our front yard as well!
We enjoyed the times Joe would walk Max over to sit under the front tree and we would talk about the Red Sox and his NY Giants. He was always wearing that Colby cap!
We will always smile when thinking about Joe.
