Jen,
My heart goes out to you and your family. I know how close you were to your dad. Shocking news. I am so very sorry for your loss. He was a great man.

To the Hobby family. Bunky and I got to know each other in our single digit years through the Little League in East Hartford. Although not seeing each other as often as we did when we were younger it was always a joy to see him and to talk. I was happy that I had the opportunity to talk with him at the Fallen Star Memorial dedication at Goodwin College last October. My thoughts and prayers.

I had seen Dave and his family many times over the years at various Depauw Circle gatherings. He was a great, opinionated, fun loving guy. He will be missed by all. My heart goes out to Janet, Laurie, Jennifer and the rest of the family.

I was a fellow member of Dave’s at Tallwood CC., along with Jim Bourn and Keith Marcroft and many others. I had the pleasure of playing with Dave on several (but too few) golf occasions and several more “social occasions”, i.e. cocktail hours. I never failed to enjoy his company, other than that my belly might have hurt from laughing. May he rest in peace.
