Tom was a special friend to me for many years, having known him since high school. I just had a wonderful visit from him in late October, and it was a shock to hear he passed in his sleep a month later. He had a really good sense of humor, quick wit, lots of funny expressions, knew everyone in town, and was a great storyteller. I will really miss him!

We were about 9 or 10 when Sandy asked us to stop using that nickname and vented about having to watch Lawrence Welk at Nana’s insistence, instead of Adam-12. I love my cousin.
