Anita and family,
I am truly saddened to hear of Bob's passing. Bob and I were law firm associates and colleagues back in the old Byrne Slater days, enjoying your cookies and listening to his daily stories on his growing family or having a bite and a beer at the Portland Restaurant with his folks while he was trying to balance the next closing. We were all a pretty tight knit group back then, with many fond memories and laughs (largely a result of Bob!), which makes his loss really hard for so many. Although we all moved on professionally, I will truly miss his regular and friendly phone calls asking if I have a minute to talk about some environmental legal issue he had on his plate. And, I knew he was always smiling and I'm sure still is.
