Obituary of Margaret M. Adams
Margaret M. (Czaja) Adams, 75, of Glastonbury, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital on December 25, 2018. Born in Springfield, MA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Elizabeth (Rook) Czaja. Graduating from the St. Francis School of Nursing, Margaret worked as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. She spent most of her nursing career assisting in the operating room and in cardiac surgery at St. Francis Hospital. Margaret loved being a nurse and her nursing family was a very important part of her life. She was also a gourmet cook and had a love of gardening. She was a volunteer at her church and loved helping friends and family. She is survived by her daughter Laura Cameron and her son Christopher Cameron, both of Glastonbury, her granddaughters Meghan and Gillian Cameron, her sister Andrea Burton of Feeding Hills, MA, and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10:00am at St. Patrick St. Anthony Church, 285 Church St., Hartford. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Friday, January 11 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the House of Bread, 1453 Main St., Hartford, CT 06120.
