Joe was my friend & neighbor for 14 yrs, he was the kindest and most positive man I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He would always take time to talk and spread his infectious cheer & wisdom. My prayers go out to all of his family whom he talked about with such love. I know I will miss him dearly.
