Obituary of Earle B. Curtiss, III

Earle Curtiss passed peacefully on September 10th, 2018 at Middlesex Hospital. Earle was born on November 12th, 1939 in Bristol, CT and was predeceased by his parents Grace W. & Earle B. Curtiss Jr. and his brother Wilmer W. Curtiss. He is survived by his children, Stephen Curtiss of Glastonbury, Maria Curtiss of East Hartford, his brother Gary G. Curtiss (& Carol) of Portland and his nieces and nephews. Earle was a 1959 graduate of Glastonbury High School and a graduate of Nichols Jr. College and West Virginia Wesleyan College. In his free time he enjoyed playing tournament bridge, singing in the choir at Buckingham Church, East Glastonbury and spending time with his children. The family wishes to thank Cobalt Lodge for their years of loving care. A graveside service will be held Wednesday Sept. 19 at 11am in Old Church Cemetery, Main St. Glastonbury. The Mulryan Funeral Home, Glastonbury has care of arrangements.
