It is sad to hear of the passing of Russ Roushon. Russ and I went through K-12 together in the Wethersfield public schools. He was always well respected and had many supportive friends. At the 50th reunion he welcomed me with a big hug; it was good to see him. Russ was a great guy and will be missed.

Megan,
My parent's shared the news of Russ's passing. I'm truly sorry. I have fond memories of the Thanksgivings and other little adventures we shared. Russ had a smile and lighthearted manner that was infectious.
Please know you are in my thoughts.
Sincerely,

Dear George,
I was very sorry to hear of Russ's passing!
25-30 years ago, when I was still living in Glastonbury, I came home one day to find a small package wrapped in a brown paper bag waiting for me. When I opened it, I found a framed picture of the 3 Tracey boys plus you and Russ and an (older) young lady I couldn't identify. We were all in the 5 to 10 year old age bracket. We looked like the dead end kids! That picture has been one of my favorites since!
There was no note with the picture. Somehow, I figured it was from Russ. Although I probably hadn't seen him for 20 years, I was finally was able to track him down to thank him.
That picture has been prominently displayed in my home ever since. Russ was very thoughtful to take the time to get it to me.
