Obituary of Barbara Hutt

Barbara H. Hutt, 91, of South Glastonbury, died Tuesday April 5, 2011 at Hartford Hospital. Born February 17, 1920 in Glastonbury, daughter of the late Charles F.C. and Jennie (Bantle) Hutt, she was a lifelong resident of Glastonbury. Barbara was a legal secretary for Wynne, Pontillo & Lynch in Glastonbury for 40 years retiring in 1998. She is survived by several cousins and close friends. She was predeceased by a brother Robert Hutt and a sister Marjorie A. Hutt. Funeral service will be Tuesday April 12, at 1:00pm in the First of Christ, Congregational, 2183 Main St., Glastonbury with the Rev. Kate VanDerzee-Glidden officiating. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Glastonbury. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Memorial Fund, First Church of Christ, Congregational, 2183 Main St., Glastonbury, CT. 06033 or to the CT. Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT. 06111. The Mulryan Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
