Obituary of Roderick D. deRonge

Roderick D. deRonge’, 86, of South Glastonbury, died peacefully at his home Wednesday, August 4, 2021.  He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Judith deRonge’.  Born January 28, 1935, son of Louis (Onderdonk) and Alberta (Bancroft MacQueen) deRonge’, he lived in Glastonbury since 1970.  He graduated from Cornell University and prior to his retirement was an engineer at Pratt & Whitney.  Rod is survived by his nieces, Deborah Goslin of Chazy Lake, NY, Cynthia Mulbury of Peru, NY, and Diane Ankerman of Williamsburg, MI who was like a daughter.  At Rod’s request services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice
