I often taught in a classroom next to Becky on the campus at Cabrillo College. Her psychology class started before my English class, and each day as I walked by her class, the door might be open, and I could tell that her lecture was super interesting. Her slide presentations looked so engaging, and her large, completely-filled classroom seemed held captive by her lectures. I didn't know Becky, but I could tell that she was an amazing teacher. I would slow down as I went by the door, to see if I could capture some of what she was saying, because it always looked and sounded so interesting. Cabrillo has indeed lost a golden star. I am so very deeply sorry for your loss of such an intelligent and lovely teacher and person. And she was indeed a very dapper dresser!
