Obituary of Maurice O. Bourbeau

Maurice O. Bourbeau, 85, of Glastonbury, beloved husband of Frances (MacNicol) Bourbeau, died Sunday July 10, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. Born August 10, 1930 in Norwich, CT., son of the late Adelard and Marion(Beaudette) Bourbeau, he had lived in Glastonbury since 1940. Prior to his retirement he owned and operated a concrete contractor business. He was a past member of the Glastonbury Lions Club and was a former member of the Zoning Boards of Appeals. Besides his wife he is survived by his 4 children, Michele Peart of CA, Mary Beth Schneller and her husband Paul of FL, Matthew Bourbeau and Mark Bourbeau both of CA, a brother Roger Bourbeau and his wife Liz of Avon and 7 grandchildren, Ashley, Mason, Jacob, Jack, Ryan, Anna and Samantha. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday July 19 at 10am in St. Dunstan Church, 1345 Manchester Rd., Glastonbury. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, South Glastonbury.
